Estimating cost sheets and bid templates allow for customer specific items to be modified. Use the workflow automation to enlist multiple approvals for the effort & cost sheet before finalizing the bid. Iterations and price simulation functionalities lets users analyze the cost effect and net worth of the bid based on discounts, mark up %, profitability value, charges etc.

Dynamic Netsoft ISV product – Bid Management for Dynamics 365 & AX through has embedded Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities. A powerful reporting tool also helps provide visibility of current and historical bids, generated documents and reports like tender evaluation the user with analytical information needed on routine basis for the overall bidding process. The interlink to the Project management includes features such as project tasks, for pre contract award tracking, and associations built between materials and services for simultaneous delivery. This helps provide information that is converted to project management processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
